House Rules

If there is smell or residue of smoke, there will be a charge of $300. - No Parties - No Pets (Per HOA rules) - Must be 21 or older to rent - Quiet hours 11pm - 7am - Do not leave Balcony door open while AC is on - Make sure front door is closed and locked before you leave. - Please bring your own beach / pool towels since they are not provided

When you arrive we want to help you get started on your vacation with some starter essentials! We will provide: - 4 Bath towels, 4 washcloths, 2 hand towels, bar of soap, travel sized shampoo and conditioner, small trash bag for bathroom area and 2 rolls of toilet paper. - Kitchen towel, 2 trash bags for kitchen area, 1 roll of paper towels, and dish rags. - 3 Beach chairs for use during your stay! - Ironing board & Iron - Hairdryer *Don’t forget to bring your beach towels!!!*
