To ensure a luxurious and comfortable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines: No Smoking 🚭 Our condo is a 100% smoke-free environment, including the balcony. To maintain the freshness and cleanliness of the space, a $200 deep-cleaning fee will be applied if smoking is detected inside the unit. Respect Quiet Hours (After 10 PM) 🌙 We value the serenity and relaxation of our guests and community. Please keep noise levels to a minimum after 10 PM. If security is called due to excessive noise, a $50 disturbance fee will be applied. No Pets Allowed 🐾 Per Kingston Resort regulations, pets are not permitted in our unit to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. A $500 fee will be charged if pets or any traces of them are found in the space. Vehicle Restrictions 🚗 For the convenience of all guests, trailers, campers, motorcycles, and RVs are not permitted on the property. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate these types of vehicles. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful, elegant, and enjoyable retreat for all our guests!
